Tier System

The tier of your character signifies their overall power level, in comparison to other characters. Zaraki Kenpachi might be 1-1 and can take on strong opponents, while someone like Hanataro would be much weaker, and wouldn't really be able to do anything in a fight compared to him. While it is possible for a lower tiered character to defeat a higher tier character, the difficulty increases as the gap in tier increases. It should be noted there is a larger difference between 0 tier's than lower tiers, ie, an 0-3 would be much stronger than an 0-4, while a 3-2 might not really be a whole lot stronger than a 3-3.

Level 0: Above Captain Class

Tier 0-1: Characters of this level are Event Characters only.

Tier 0-2: Organization leaders can be classified at this level. Extremely powerful.

Tier 0-3: Some of the strongest characters on the site, and are typically the second highest ranked individuals in organizations, as well as Shinigami such as Shunsui and Ukitake.

Tier 0-4: Very strong people, such as the Segunda and Tricera Espada.

Tier 5: Powerful characters just above captain level, such as Ichigo Kurosaki and the Cuatro Espada.

1st level: Captain Class

Tier 1-1: Some of the strongest Captains, such as Rojuro Otoribashi or Love Aikewa.

Tier 1-2: These are moderate to high level Captain-level fighters, such as the 6th Espada or Toshiro Hitsugaya.

Tier 1-3: This is the level of some of the lower level captain's, arrancar, etc, such as Soi Fon.

2nd level: Vice Captain Class

Tier 2-1: Tier 2-1 is someone of a strong vice captain level who has masted their shikai such as Rangiku Matsumoto.

Tier 2: This level is of someone who is a vice captain that has got a pretty good idea of how their shikai works. Momo Hinamori is a good example of this.

Tier 3: Finally, 2-3 is a level that is comparable to a vice captain who just discovered their shikai, and isn't all that strong compared to other Vice Captain-level people. Marechiyo Ōmaeda is a good example of this.


3rd level: Seated Member/Fraccion Class

Tier 3-1: This tier is comparable to someone who is a seated member of the Gotei who is almost ready to learn Shikai, or has a brand new shikai.

Tier 3-2: Tier 3-2 is someone who is a seasoned seated member of the Gotei 13 who has got a decent grasp of their power.

Tier 3-3: Newly appointed officers are a good example of this level.

4th level: Member Rank

[i]Low Ranked Division Members, Low Espada Fraccion, weak Quincy, etc.

Tier 4-1: Trained members of the Gotei 13 are a good example of this level.

Tier 4-2: Seasoned members of the Gotei 13 represents this level

Tier 4-3: New Division Members are pretty much this tier

5th Rank: Very Weak

This tier level is mainly for powerless humans, brand new Hollows, and Quincy who have just obtained their Quincy Cross. At the weakest they can't even sense spirits and can die from being near strong spirits, while at the strongest they can see, hear, etc spirits and use their energy for a weak attack.
